There's a method, not a menu

Most spas hand you a list and let you pick. We don’t, and it isn’t us being difficult. You shouldn’t have to diagnose yourself before you walk through the door, any more than you’d tell a cardiologist what dose of blood pressure medicine to write.

So here’s everything we offer, listed in the order we’d recommend it. Skin health first. Collagen and device work once your skin can hold a result. Injectables when they’re the right tool for what you’re after, never as a starting point.

Which of these ends up on your plan gets decided in your Signature Onboarding Experience, after we’ve looked at your skin. Not here.

Not sure what your face needs?

That’s what the Signature Onboarding Experience is for. A digital skin analysis, an hour to talk through your goals and your budget, and a written one-year plan before you spend anything on a treatment. $150 to book, credited toward whatever you decide on.

Start here, always

Skin Health Comes First

Facials

Every facial starts with a look at your skin, not a set menu. We build the treatment around what your skin needs that day, which is why two visits four weeks apart rarely look the same. Give any new routine four to six weeks before you judge it.

Chemical Peels

Peels go to work on tone, texture, congestion and sun damage by resurfacing the top layers and letting healthier skin come up underneath. We carry multiple depths, and which one you get depends on what your skin can handle right now.

Renew Dermal Solution

This FACTORFIVE peel works below the surface rather than lifting the top layer off. The second step puts growth factors back into skin, which is the part a traditional peel skips. It goes to work on tone, texture, sun damage, pigment and pore size, with minimal downtime and no sun sensitivity afterward.

Acne Treatments

Breakouts are usually a system problem, not a spot problem. We look at what’s driving them, then build a plan that pairs in-office treatment with a home routine you can stick to.

Melasma Treatment

Melasma is stubborn, and it’s managed rather than cured. We combine in-office work like the Perfect Derma Peel and Tixel with the home care that keeps it from coming back, and we’ll be straight with you about what maintenance involves.

Dermaplaning

Removes dead surface cells and fine facial hair, which smooths texture and helps everything you apply afterward sink in instead of sitting on top. Easy to add to a facial.

Once your skin can hold it

Collagen-Stimulating Skin Treatments

Microneedling

Creates controlled micro-injuries that prompt your skin to build new collagen in response, which is why it works on texture, scarring and pores at the same time. It’s worth starting before you feel like you need it, the way you’d start saving early rather than catching up later. Often the right first device treatment for skin that doesn’t have much laxity yet.

RF Microneedling

Combines microneedling with radiofrequency heat to target texture, acne scarring, pores and laxity at the same time. Usually the right call when there’s more looseness to work with than a standard microneedling can address. Neck and chest can be added.

Tixel Facial Resurfacing

Heat-based resurfacing that works on texture, fine lines, sun damage and under-eye crepiness with minimal downtime.

A tool, not the whole plan

Injectables + Bioregeneration

Botox

Most people think of tox as a forehead treatment. In the lower face it eases the downward pull on the jawline, which is why we plan it holistically rather than one area at a time. Dosing comes from three places: FDA guidance, how your muscles actually move, and experience. We start conservative on purpose, then see you back at 2-3 weeks to evaluate. We’re still learning your face.

Dermal Fillers

We almost never treat one area in isolation. A lip that reads off is usually a chin or a jawline problem, so we look at how the whole face is balanced before anyone gets an injection. Most plans treat three or more areas together.

Biostimulators

Sculptra + Radiesse work differently from filler. Instead of adding volume directly, they prompt your own collagen to rebuild over a series of sessions, which is why the change arrives gradually rather than the same day. A good fit if you want something that builds slowly.

PRP + PRF Injections

Uses your own platelet-rich plasma to support your skin’s healing where we place it, most often under the eyes and in the scalp for thinning hair. Same principle as the rest of this section: we’re prompting your body to do the work.

Most People Get Here Because a Friend Sent Them

Four years in Cincinnati, and nobody finds us through an ad. They find us because someone they trust told them where to go, and then they stop looking. Five stars across 136 Google reviews, from women who were tired of starting over somewhere new every year.

We’d rather tell you no and lose the sale than sell you something that isn’t right for you. That’s not a marketing line, it’s the condition of practicing medicine honestly. If someone else is genuinely the better fit for what you need, we’ll tell you that too
