Cancellation Policy
Your time and appointment are incredibly important to us. We understand that life happens, and we’re always happy to help you reschedule when needed. However, late cancellations make it difficult for us to offer that time to another client. To ensure fairness for both our team and clients, we’ve implemented the following cancellation policy:
- We ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment
- All late cancellations or reschedules (within the 48 hour window) will be charged $150
Late Policy
Please review our late arrival policies:
- We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show.
- If we’re still able to accommodate you but need to shorten the service or skip any add-ons (like dermaplaning), the full appointment cost will still apply.
No-Show Policy
- ALL no-shows will be charged a $150 fee.
- If you no-show three times, you will be prohibited from booking future appointments.
Children Policy:
For the safety of your little ones and the integrity of our medical environment, we kindly ask that children under 5 not accompany you to your appointment. Our spa contains medical equipment, active ingredients, and sharp tools that require a calm, focused setting for everyone’s safety.
This is your self-care time, enjoy every second of it!
Gift cards:
- All gift card purchases are final. Gift card cannot be returned or exchanged and hold no cash value.
Discounts Policy:
Sales and specials cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions and sales in effect at the time of use.
Return Policy:
Thank you for supporting a small business! We take pride in helping you choose the best products for your unique skincare needs. While we do not accept returns, we do allow:
- Unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase
- Products with a manufacturer defect, which will be replaced with a new product
Gratuity:
For esthetic services (for example, facials, peels, brows, etc), gratuity is expected as a reflection of your experience.
While Venmo is preferred, we also happily accept cash or credit card.
Gratuities are not accepted for medical services (for example, neurotoxins, filler, microneedling services), in accordance with industry standards.
